The Eastern DHC Express will hold a community carnival at Quarryside on September 21st. Participants will carry adventure maps to explore areas such as the Emotional Health Exploration Zone, Mindfulness Experience, Relaxation Yoga, Animal Flow Stretching, “Healthy Eating” interaction game zone, and Relaxation Area. Various committee NGO will be invited to provide mental health information. Want more mind and body experiences? There will be various workshops available for registration!
