Quarryside, situated at No. 20 Hoi Shin Lane, Quarry Bay, spans over 3,700 square meters and offers convenient access adjacent to Exit B of Quarry Bay MTR Station. The venue features diverse event spaces and facilities available for use by diverse organizations and individuals. It includes a semi-open performance space “Dockyard Theatre”, indoor multi-purpose “Function Room 1-3″, “Community Kitchen”, “Workshop Space”, and “Event Lawn”, all designed to accommodate a wide range of creative community activities, fostering a creative, healthy, and sustainable community.

【 Quarryside “Creative Common Room” Scheme is Now Open for Applications! 】 

We are excited to announce the relaunch of our “Creative Common Room” Scheme, with the aim of fostering collaborations with more creative partners and enabling individuals from various sectors to share the space and resources available in the community. We invite all creative workers, freelancers, and community groups to apply for the use of our “Workshop Space” and “Community Kitchen” during non-peak hours on Mondays and Tuesdays. Together, we can promote creative health, community building️, and sustainable development through diverse public activities.

Dockyard Theatre

Dockyard Theatre is an outdoor open space of around 340 sq. m. It is suitable for outdoor performances, talks, markets and events that do not require prior registration. Outdoor sound system can be provided.

Community Kitchen

The Community Kitchen has approximately a total of 32 sq.m space to accommodate 15-20 persons. It is ideal for hosting cooking classes, tasting workshops, nutrition talks and other food-related activities . The facilities include a projector and sound system, air-conditioning, ample electricity supply, two island working tables, and basic cooking utensils.

Workshop Space

The Workshop Space provides approximately 32 sq. m of space to accommodate 15-20 persons. Equipped with essential amenities such as a projector, sound system, air-conditioning, and ample electricity supply, the room is suitable for hosting workshops, classes and group meetings.

Function Room 1-3

Function Room 1-3 offers a spacious area of approximately 122 sq. m, with a seating capacity of around 80-120 persons. It is suitable for a wide range of events, including ceremonies, seminars, exhibitions, talks, meetings and workshops. Function Room 1 is fitted with a mirrored wall and dance bar for rehearsals and fitness activities. The facilities provided include projectors, projection screens, sound system, air-conditioning, and ample lighting in Function Room 1 and 3.

Event Lawn

The Event Lawn spans approximately 1,074 sq. m, providing ample space for various events. Its tiered design is suitable for hosting outdoor performances. An outdoor sound system can be provided.
